You're Busy. We Can Help.Neil J. Squillante, Founder
Neil Squillante founded and manages LandingPage Interactive. An online marketing expert with more than six years of experience, Neil developed many of the techniques that differentiate LandingPage Interactive from other agencies, such as Serial Storytelling and Closed-Loop Marketing. Neil has also made significant breakthroughs in copywriting, and personally oversees all copy written for LandingPage clients. Neil regularly publishes articles about online marketing in marketing trade publications, including B-to-B and MarketingProfs.com. Prior to founding LandingPage Interactive, Neil pioneered permission e-mail marketing in the legal market in 1997 when he founded TechnoLawyer, a critically-acclaimed e-mail newsletter network that is still going strong. Over the years, TechnoLawyer has attracted a wealth of advertisers, including Hewlett-Packard, IBM, j2 Global Communications, LexisNexis, and Thomson-West. Prior to TechnoLawyer, Neil practiced commercial litigation at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a multinational law firm in New York City. Neil earned a J.D. from UCLA Law School and an A.B. from Duke University. At UCLA, Neil served as a Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review.

Jennifer B. Katz, Client Services Director
Jennifer Katz manages client relationships for LandingPage Interactive. In this role, she strives to exceed client expectations by rapidly responding to their needs and keeping them apprised of all significant developments during the course of a project. Prior to her current role, Jennifer managed customer relationships for the above-noted TechnoLawyer newsletter network, including those with advertisers and publications. As a result of this experience, Jennifer gained a deep understanding of how best to serve the day-to-day needs of marketing executives and business owners. In addition to her role at LandingPage Interactive, Jennifer writes and directs independent films. Her first feature film, 101 Ways (The Things a Girl Will Do to Keep Her Volvo), premiered on Showtime. Jennifer earned a B.F.A in Filmmaking from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

Mark E. Moran, Advisor & Partner
Mark Moran serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of 24/7 Real Media (Nasdaq: TFSM), a leading interactive marketing and technology firm. Mark has been a key player in guiding 24/7 Real Media since before its initial public offering. His work as General Counsel has encompassed many new legal issues, and contributed to 24/7 Real Media’s successful growth. From 1993–98, Mark served as an Associate Attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP, during which time he was primary outside counsel to 24/7 Real Media (then 24/7 Media). Prior to 1993, Mark worked as a Financial Analyst in the Securities Processing Division of The Bank of New York. With several graduate degrees, Mark has the experience and intellectual capital essential for navigating legal issues facing all interactive businesses—issues for which there is often no legal precedent. His work on matters such as privacy will have a significant impact on interactive business for many years to come. Mark Moran earned a J.D. from Fordham Law School, an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. 24/7 Real Media is a partner of and investor in LandingPage Interactive.

Luke Daigle, Advisor & Partner
Luke Daigle is the founder of Daigle Interactive LLC, a graphic design and Web site development firm in New York City. Luke has more than twelve years experience working in the field of graphic design, with more than seven years engaged in projects on the Internet. Daigle Interactive boasts a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 to non-profits and startups. Prior to founding Daigle Interactive, Luke worked as manager of corporate communications for I/B/E/S Inc., then a division of Citibank. Luke earned a B.S. degree in Studio Art, Cum Laude, from Skidmore College. Daigle Interactive is a partner of LandingPage Interactive.

Michael Petrov, Advisor & Partner
Michael Petrov is the founder of Digital Edge, an IT services and software development firm in New York City. Michael has expertise with many development platforms, including enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle, SyBase, etc.), programming languages (Visual C/C++, Visual Basic, Visual InterDev, Visual J++, Java, XML, ASP, JSP, GCC, JDK, ODBC, JDBC, OO4O, ADO, ISAPI, COM, DCOM, etc.), and Internet servers (IIS 5/4, Apache 1.3, Exchange 2000/5.5, JRun, WebSphere, etc.). He also possesses expertise in network planning, architecture, and security. Michael gained much of this breadth of knowledge early in his career in Russia as a programmer for a nuclear power plant. Michael received an M.S. in Computer Science from Saratov University in Russia. Digital Edge is a partner of LandingPage Interactive.

Mark M. Weinstein, Advisor
Since May 1997, Mark has worked as an Independent Business Consultant. Among his projects, he co-launched and co-managed Bridgestone Legal Staffing, a temporary legal staffing firm, and Weinstein Legal Search & Consulting, a legal recruiting firm. Mark has taught at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and also served as a director/trustee for a number of organizations, including Federal City Council, Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, Lifetime Television, Media Institute, Orion Pictures, and University of Pennsylvania Law School. From 1993–97, Mark served as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Viacom, one of the world’s largest and most successful global media companies. In this capacity, Mark established, organized, and managed Viacom’s world-wide government affairs function. From 1986–93, Mark served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Viacom, during which time he managed a legal department of 40 lawyers in locations throughout the world, and supervised outside counsel. From 1976–85, Mark served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Warner Communications, a leading global entertainment company that later merged with Time and is now owned by AOL. From 1968–76, Mark worked as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, one the country’s largest and most prestigious law firms. Mark received an LL.B. Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from Columbia University.
